Location : situated on a the lovely tree lined Avenue Road one of Torquay's prime guesthouse areas it will take you a 10 minute walk at most to reach the seafront via the beautiful Torre Abbey Gardens 2025 mins to reach the harbour side where the restaurants and main shopping is situated.

There is a bus every 10 mins into town from Walnut Rd.

Parking: There are 10 spaces for the 10 rooms which includes the 2 entrance spaces.
